Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred barber and time. Limited walk-ins are accepted when a chair is open; just call or message before you head over and we’ll confirm availability.

How long does a typical service take?

Most haircuts take 35–45 minutes including consultation and styling advice. Add 10–15 minutes for beard work or a hot towel shave. First-time clients may take a little longer so we can map your face shape and routine.

What if I have sensitive skin or specific product needs?

Tell us during booking or at check-in. We keep fragrance-light and hypoallergenic options on hand and can adjust razors, guards, and after-care to avoid irritation. Your comfort comes first.

How do you handle hygiene and tool sanitation?

All tools are disinfected between clients, capes are single-use or freshly laundered, and stations are wiped down after every service. Hot towels are sanitized and handled with gloves—no compromises.

Pricing Questions

What’s the difference between the Basic and Premium packages?

Basic is for routine upkeep: precision cut, quick refresh, and either beard edge or clean shave. Premium adds advanced styling, full beard sculpt, steam towel + express facial, extended scalp massage, and a travel-size product—ideal for transformations or events.

Are there extra charges I should know about?

Only for add-ons you request (grey blending, eyebrow tidy, charcoal mask, or intensive treatments). We’ll always confirm the price before starting, so there are no surprises at checkout.

What is your cancellation or late policy?

Plans change—we get it. Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your appointment. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be shortened or rebooked to avoid delaying the next client. Missed appointments may incur a small fee.
